We are certain that you will be very happy with your CTech products and will not experience any problems – which is why we offer you a huge 15 days free repair or replacement on your online purchase if the products turn out to be defective or faulty. Only manufacturer faults are covered by the returns policy and the following are excluded:

  • Intentional damage
  • Inappropriate use of the product
  • Damage caused by liquid
  • Damage caused by wear and tear
  • Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by you or a third party
  • Damage caused by dropping the product

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

All products bought through the website can be returned to us within 5 days for a full refund if they are defective or damaged or you need to exchange it for the same item. In order to get a full refund, all products must be returned to us in the original, unused condition they were sent and must also include the proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
